City as Destiny

Sociologist Richard Florida--who wrote the various Creative Class books--is out with a new book, Who's Your City? How the Creative Economy Is Making Where to Live the Most Important Decision of Your Life. In it, he argues that where you live is more important now than ever before, since your location determines your access to vital social networks.
