On his recent tour, Neil Gaiman read chapters of his Newbery Medal-winning The Graveyard Book and posted videos of each chapter to his website, mousecircus.com. The entire book is available there for you, but at about 6 hours reading time, it's quite the investment of time. The novel also comes in audiobook format read by the author, too, if you don't want to spend that much time in front of your computer.--David E
