Tiger, Tiger, Burning Bright

Can we pick them, or can we pick them? Hot on the heels of a rave review of Moonwalking with Einstein--whose author Joshua Foer will be reading at M&Q on March 24--New York Times has written a love letter to another author who will be reading at our store this month. In her review today, Michiko Kakutani calls Tea Obreht's debut novel The Tiger's Wife "a richly textured and searing novel." It's also "a hugely ambitious, audaciously written work."

The Tiger's Wife is on sale now. Tea Obreht will be at M&Q on Monday, March 14, at 7:30pm. Come early to be sure you get a seat. This one's going to be big.--David E
