Publishers Weekly reports that Vicki Myron, author of the heartwarming Dewey : The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World, has signed a two-million-dollar deal for her next book. Look for the newest feline love from Iowa in the fall of 2010. There are also rumors of a movie version of Dewey, with Meryl Streep impersonating the librarian author.Details are here.--David E
