Yours to Keep

A recent rights dispute has brought to light a very surprising fact about the Kindle: amazon.com has the right to remove books from users' devices without warning. Buyers who had purchased electronic versions of 1984 and Animal Farm awoke last week to find that amazon.com had removed the files from their readers without their knowledge.
